(13) O God As none besides
You I am lying ill inside
Your O Healer! Heal
me as You I find no curer in
the world besides You O Ingenious
Healer! You are aware of my ache [of heart], Much pain and
cries are because of the ache of heart, Through the Fervor
of [my] Ruh You Who else knows the
condition of the pained other than You O Beloved ( 
! Please be kind with me, is mine, only You know my ache [of
heart], lane, understand the pulse
[of life],,
know my Inward,?) dearer than my life!
Certainly You are conscious
of Haal and Ahwaal.
