First the Martaba of Tasarruf
is achieved by the Faqeer the Master of Maratib and then
he becomes Waasil endowed with Jamiyat. Some, according to their
intention, get the Tasarruf of Rozeena (money to spend per day)
from the Jinn. Some get the Tasarruf of getting Rozeena from the
Angel Muakal. Some get the Tasarruf of Rozeena from Hazrat
Khizar Alaihis-Salaam Such Tasarruf is of two
kinds: 1. Tasarruf
of Zaat (the Essence) 2. Tasarruf
of Sifaat (the Calibers) The Tasarruf of Essence
never decreases. Its minimum Rozeena is One Hundred Thousand Dinar
and maximum is Ten Million Ashrafi (gold coins). That person, who does not have
such Tasarruf from the Invisible treasure of Haq, he has not yet
reached onto the Dawat of Haq but instead he is in the captivity
of the Rijat of Baatil. BAYT (COUPLET) Every Tasarruf
is obtained through the Tasarruf of Kun {Be! (36:82)} All Tasarrufaat
are got through the tongue and word
of Faqeer. Rozeena: It
is not hard to get the Rozeena
of One hundred Thousand or Ten Million gold
coins for the Faqeers
and Aulia-Allah
but they keep themselves away of this
facility in spite of having the power on this Tasarruf
and lead a life of
poverty and paucity. Allah
Almighty said to the Holy Prophet Sal Allahu
Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam Following
this Sunnat, the Faqeers
and Aulia-Allah 
. Some get the Tasarruf of
Rozeena from the creatures of Allah. Some get the Tasarruf of Rozeena
from the Roohani the People of the graves and some get the Tasarruf
of Rozeena from the Hazoor .

that He could turn the Mount of Ohad into gold for
him
if he wished but his
highness asked Allah
that
he did not wish this but what he wished was this that he wanted to lead a life in which, he should remain hungry one day and full
the next day so that the day in which he is hungry, he should approach Allah
with cries and prayers and
the day he is in satiety,
he should express thanks to
Allah

also remain away of the Tasarruf
of wealth and
gold and give preference of doing Zikr
of Allah
in the hours of hunger and
paucity. Otherwise, the above-mentioned Rozeena
is in their disposal and easy
