And you have already come to know the
signs of all the above four. Kill all four of them by the four. Remember the
Four Names of the Name Allah 1. Zikr 2. Fikr 3. Qurb 4. Wahdat of Haq in Hazoor
Clear indication has been given [in Holy
Quran] concerning these Nafs Anfaas (bodies). [Allah Almighty Thus, Shams Tabrezi Rahmatu-Allahe
