The Seeker of Allah who exercises Zikr through Qalb. His Qalb continuously does Zikr even after his death and his grave is chamber of isolation with God (P22 Muhabbat ul Asraar). Thus the Zaakir-e-Qalbi is called that person in whose heart remains absolutely no demand for anything other than Allah. Otherwise his heart is not Qalb but Kalb (dog) (P145 Ain ul Faqar).
