Murshideen is plural of Murshid. Murshid-e-Kaamil means the Full Murshid. Word Kaamil means that which has reached to a level that can be called Full and Whole. A Murshid-e-Kaamil has been defined in the books in great detail which you will come to know with study of books. This is the very sign of identification of the Murshid-e-Kaamil that he takes to Hazoori with just one Tawajuh (P05 Didaar Bakhsh Khurd). The [Kaamil] Murshid is but an accurate representation of his highness the overlord of worlds the Habeeb e Khuda Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam (P22 Kaleed e Tauheed). That Murshid who does not take the Seeker in the Majlis of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam in the very first day and does not get him granted the blessing from the Major Holy Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Anhum and does not get him Initiated (Bai-at) by the blessed hand of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and does take him unto the Wilayat of the Hidayat with the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence in an hour without Riyazat and Obedience that Murshid cannot be called the Murshid-e-Kaamil (P33 Kaleed e Tauheed). The first Demand that the Seeker of every kind should submit before Allah Almighty is to grant him a Pir-e-Kaamil and Murshid-e-Kaamil (P05 Ain ul Arifeen).
