Murshideen is plural of Murshid. Murshid-e-Naqis means the Imperfect Murshid. One should remain away of a Naaqis Murshid as he is a brigand of the course. Naqis Murshid and Pir is Satan (P10 Noor ul Huda Khurd). Murshideen-e-Naqis are so many. It is not legitimate to get Talqeen from them (P28 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan).
