Stands for Sahib e Nazar. The Zaakir-e-Qalbi is the Master-of-gaze. If he sits in the company of Kuffaar and gazes upon the Kuffaar with Tawajuh of the Zikr e Qalb of the Name Allah the Qalb of every Kaafir will come in Zikr and motion by the gaze of the Master-of-Qalb (P17 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan).
