Specifically means: Seeing the Didaar (Sight) of the Jamaal (Beauty) of His Tauheed and Drowning in Visualization of the Name Allah the Essence is Wisaal. He who has connected with Allah after disconnecting with His Outsiders is Waasil (United). Plural of Waasil is Waasileen. That person who has Wisaal with Allah he is called Waasil-Bi-Allah. The Existence of the sate of Wisaal is Wasal. "And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein" (50:16) is example of Wasal (P13 Emir ul Konain. Please also read P104). In a Couplet at P23 Hazrat Pir Sultan Bahu Rahmatullah Taala Alaihe says Finding [seeing] the Didaar of the Jamaal of His Tauheed; And Drowning himself in the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) is called Wisaal. Wisaal is better than Riyazat (P70 Emir ul Konain). One should believe God Almighty as the All Present and All Seer - this is the Wisaal (P202 Ain ul Faqar).
