Whole wisdom and sagacity. "And the Aqal e Kulli is called that which covers in itself every Ilm all Maratib and every Word (of Revelation). It is also called Ilm e Kulli" (P122 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan). Aqal e Kulli is possessed by the Holy Messengers and the Aulia Allah and Aqal e Juzvi (partial wisdom) is of the common people and of those who have Imperfect wisdom and are silly and carriers of carnal desires (P356 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan).
