In addition, this Ilm of the Haziraat takes the human being afar the Bidat of the subduing of the Nafs. This Course is Laa-Yuhtaaj, not the needy. This is the Course of Assalaat (Prayers) and Fasts wherein complete answer is received as Ilhaam from Allah Almighty the Hayyu Qayyum during bowing and prostration postures (in Prayers). There blows the only wind of the Wisaal, (and) not of the Decadence (and downfall). Moreover, from that End the call of "Taraani" (you will see Me) arrives in quiet words instead of "Lann Taraani" (you will not see Me) (7:143) [that is, the voice of Taraani comes in ears].
[Concerning the Assalaat (Prayers) of such said persons,] the Prophet of God Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that:
"Assalaat (Prayers) is the ascension of the Believers".
[WHY HAZIRAAT ARE NOT RECEIVED BY SOME PEOPLE FROM THE HOLY NAMES OF LORD?]
I wonder about some people that they frequently call "Rabbi Arinee (My Lord! Show me (Yourself) 7:143) with Zeal and Fervor and are offer Dawat for Taskheer of kings (that is to compel them to be in their service). However, if they read the Name and Names throughout their lives and bump their heads against stone, even then the Ilm of Dawat does not become Current (involuntarily). Faqeer Aalim-Bi-Allah reads the Dawat of the Holy Quran with just for Allah Almighty [to win His gladness (and accreditation)]. His Dawat is not meant for getting anything from people nor does he want the king. That is why Allah Almighty makes him Laa-Yuhtaaj:
That, which is liked by Allah Almighty, is Pure,
And if something is disliked by Allah, choose it not in fear people.
In the Ilm of Dawat, the Holy Quran is read in such a way that it can cease all Ilm of Dawat of every Aamil of Dawat on the face of earth and if lets it released, then there would be no person with this ability that he can cease it. That person, who has once come inside the Hisaar, in due frequency (and sequence), he, thenceforth, cannot leave [the Hisaar of the Dawat through the Holy Quran] and if the Murshid-e-Kaamil employs Tawajuh for the Seeker then that same Tawajuh takes the shape of the Murshid-e-Kaamil in itself and till the Day of Resurrection, [that form of Tawajuh] does not leave the Seeker and keeps him safe and sound against every adversity and disaster. This is the very Martaba of "Istiqamat is above Karamat". This is such a good Martaba that it causes the end of the Master of Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) laudable.
ABOUT ISTIQAMAT AND KARAMAT: Uprightness (with Steadfastness (and persistence)) is called Istiqamat which implies that the Faqeer should remain safe against unrighteousness and should never allow the taint of Nafs and Satan in him. It also implies that he should never be desirous of anything else besides Allah. That unusual outcome that apparently seems impossible, if that happens by the Aulia-Allah Rahmatu-Allah Ta'ala Alaihim, then it is called Karamat and if such happens by a non believer, then it is called Istadraaj. Since, in Karamat, there is possibility of the taint of the Nafs that is why Istiqamat is above Karamat. (Dr. K. B. Naseem Rh.)
