And its designs and thoughts go on altering with perspective of prevailing conditions and the data and the conclusion, result and decision of the hearing procedure often comes in a different way as compared to its intensions and thinking as an English proverb is:
Unexpected often happens.
That is, often the unexpected things happen. In fact the heart of the judge, arbitrator and ruler uses to be under the Tasarruf of Allah's Invisible Subtle Oulul-Amar Rulers exactly as the pen in the hand of the judge and ruler is. Pen writes that which the judge wants. That which the Oulul-Amar Roohani desire, turn his heart according to that.
HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah Heart of the human being is between the two fingers of Allah Almighty like a pen.
Now if at the time of writing his decision, a housefly is sitting on the folder of case and is seeing the nib of the pen of the judge writing on paper, it will understand that the pen is writing the decision and if it sees the fingers, it will decided that the fingers are writing and if it says that it is his hand that is writing then it will also be right and those people who are present inside courtroom, they say that it is the judge who is writing the decision. Moreover, if there is also present that person, who has the Inwardly Eye and is witnessing the occasion and says that it is that Invisible Muakal that is the original decider of the case and it is using that judge's heart at that time. On their respective places, all, who say that pen or fingers or hand or judge or Invisible Muakal is writing the decision, are right and correct and the most correct saying is this that the Last Decider is Allah Almighty Who is the Possessor, Controller and the Ultimate Ruler of the Invisible Muakalaat, Angels and Spirits all together.
Allah
Almighty
The Invisible Muakalaat and the Inwardly and Spiritual Oulul-Amar Rulers have wonderful Tasarruf over the kingdoms of the Quloob and Arwah and the conclusion of all business and works depends upon and is based upon their intensions and decisions and all the matters of the world are first decided in the hands of the Roohaneen in the Realm of Command.

In short, every kind of help can be requested from the Roohani People-of-Graves .
HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah When you are left flabbergasted (and puzzled) in quandaries, you should seek the help of the Ahl e Qaboor (People-of-Graves ) [for reinforcement and support]. ***
That is, when you become astonished in your hard tasks, you should ask the Saints of Religion the People-of-Graves for help and facilitation.
However, since there is a special method, rule and law for filing an application and submitting a request in the court of a physically exiting ruler or judge, there is a rule and way of requesting the help and facilitation of these Invisible Oulul-Amar Rulers and only the special Living-Hearted Arifeen are able to convey their call and application to their office who are the Inwardly Officials and the Spiritual Amanuensis Secretaries of the Sanctuary (Court) of Lord who can send the application of the aggrieved up and can get the request granted from these Oulul-Amar Rulers. No benefit is received by just extending the hands, clinging the grave, kissing the grave and prostrating before the grave and crying and requesting in tombs using those words which are conflicting with the Code of Shariyat. Benefit can be given the Roohani and can be got from the Roohani only when you approach near unto the grave and offer Fatihah and Dawat of the Holy Quran with pure body, clean soul and uncontaminated tongue.
We
now present here the argument of the Holy Quran in support of seeking the help
from grave. A big person of the people of the Bani Israel (Children of Israel)
was killed in the age of Hazrat Musa Alaihis-Salaam
