He
has to employ two kinds of servants: one are of Civilian nature from whom
services for every kind of national and administrative affairs. Second are of
Defense nature who are soldiers recruited for military purpose and defend the
county and government against enemies or attack on other states. Exactly like
this, when Allah
Almighty bestows the Inwardly
lordship on a Prophet or a Wali,
He grants him deeds of goodness, Zikr
Fikr
and the Inwardly
wealth of Dawat
,
that is, the Inwardly
Subtle Treasures of the gold and jewels of the Inwardly
wealth. That is, that Noor
which emanates out of the deed of virtue, obedience,
worship, Zikr
, Fikr
, recitation and Dawat
etcetera done by the Kaamil
Human
Being, that Noor
is the food and nourishment of the Invisible Creature of Allah
Almighty, that is, the Jinn, Angels and Spirits
as Allah
Almighty
Unto Him good words ascend, and the pious deed does He exalt (35:10)
Moreover,
in a Hadis
it has come that that Noor
which is produced through the Recitation
of the Holy Quran, that Noor
is the victuals of the Angels. Once, the Holy
Prophet of Allah
'whenever you happen to pass through the Garden, you should graze there'.
The
Holy Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum

Hence, it is revealed that the food of also the Inwardly Bodies of the Momin, that is, the Qalb and Spirit is the Noor of the Zikr Fikr for Allah Almighty.
Verily in the remembrance of Allah hearts do find rest (13:28)
Don't you see that how a person becomes restless and troubled due to hunger and thirst and when food is got by him, he becomes poised and satisfied.
Allah
Almighty

Since,
the Zikr
of Allah
Almighty and the Fikr
and recitation etcetera are the
Inwardly
Victuals and attaining this means the Spiritual sustenance
and
provisions. Thus, that person, who will turn away of and will avoid the Zikr
Fikr
of Allah
Almighty, his provisions will surely be narrowed. On the other
hand, those people who turn away of and avoid the Zikr
Fikr
of Allah
Almighty
(and yet) are seen Outwardly
as the well off and affluent. If the Outwardly
narrowness and paucity in world had been due to one's turning away of the Zikr
of Allah
Almighty, then only those, who say 'Allah Allah' all the time, would
have been the only rich and wealthy ones and those, who remain away of the Zikr
of Allah
Alternatively, Allah Almighty has mentioned the Outwardly and the Inwardly Sustenance in the Holy Quran at two different places:
and there is not a beast in the earth but the sustenance thereof depends on Allah (11:6)
And in the heaven is your providence and that which you are promised (51:22)
This Inwardly Sustenance (Rizk) has been called 'heavenly' on the grounds that it ascends to the heavens in shape of Noor because of the Kalimaat Tayyebaat (Pure (holy) Words of Revelations) and Deeds of Goodness and it becomes the victuals of the People of Heaven and Spirits there. In the light of these above verses and Ahadees, a sound-minded just person can easily understand well about these two kinds of Outwardly and Inwardly foods and meals. At times, when the People of Earth become lazy, indolent and ignorant in doing Zikr , Fikr , Obedience, Worship and Deeds of Virtue and the Noor of their Good Deeds does not ascend to heavens, dearth of food spreads takes place in the People of Heavens and they lay their straight lines farther and pray to Allah like the Assalaat (Prayers) of Istisqaa that:
