In the preceding text, we have described that there is deep relation of the thoughts of heart with the Damm and respiration. Heart of the Arif Saalik is like a garden. Intake of air and Damm , when passes through it like the cool wind of dawn, it comes out laden with the scent of the Zikr of Allah Almighty and the angles of Allah Almighty after wrapping it in the heavenly vests, present in the Court of Allah Almighty before Him as a precious gift from the Zaakir and that Damm is taken in his treasure of the Hereafter as a priceless pearl for him. That Damm and gulp of air which comes back to the Arif Zaakir, it is frequented (and thriving) with the Faiz (Beneficence) and Fazal (Grace and bounty) and Mercy and Condescension (with complaisance) of Allah Almighty with which the rain of the Anwaar of the Beneficence and grace of Allah Almighty rains on the heart of the Arif Saalik and the garden of his heart becomes lush green and lively. The Damm (breath) and the gulp of air of such Kaamil Mardaan e Khuda, when strikes against some Living and Sensitive heart in the atmosphere of Quloob, it make this heart also perfumed and ambergris scented with its scent and fragrance. What nice someone has said:
It is injustice if temptation convinces you unto visiting the cypress and wood, You are not less blossomed than any blossom, open the door of your heart and enter the brain, Do not take pains for this musk which is giving scents, Open the tie of the hair of the beloved in thought and enter the desired destination. [Baidil Kaanpuri]
In contrast to this, the heart of a carnal, Faasiq (Miscreant), Faajir (sinner), Mushrik (Polytheist) and Kaafir person is full of worldly and carnal impurities and filths like excrements faeces. When the scorching air of the Damm (breath) and the gulp of air of such person come out of his heart accompanied by the stink of his heart, it is as if a shell of toxic carnal gases which goes and is set in the magazine of the Iblees and Satan and come back from there with the aggregate Satanic and Carnal ill effects of lust, greed, jealousy, haughtiness and libido etcetera. Such Damm and gulp of air makes that heart also scorching and stinky with which it strikes against and destroys it after making it ill.

So, the human being, when takes breath, that breath leaves his body accompanying the smell and caliber of his Spirit and heart and through the human Damm (breath) and gulp of air, the condition of the thoughts of his heart is identified and sensed. Therefore, when the human being does the Zikr though tongue or observes worship and obedience through the outward parts of body but his heart is engrossed in the Outsider thoughts and reflections, then such Zikr and worship has not value and worth near Allah Almighty because the sight of focus of Allah Almighty is the human heart, not his tongue or his outward body and his actions!

Holy Prophet of Allah Lo! Allah does not notice your faces nor does He see your (Outward) actions but instead He keeps His gaze upon your hearts and intentions
Outwardly, Allah Allah is on tongue, but in heart are thoughts of bulls and asses, Then, how can such hymn of Praise has effectiveness? When body is in Assalaat (Prayers) but heart is engaged in business of Dunya (World), Then such Assalaat (Prayers) meets no Acceptance? [Jalal ud Din Rumi]
In short, the Arifeen with Roshan-Zamir do feel the thoughts of some person and the caliber of his heart through the Inwardly Current of his heart because when the human being thinks something in his heart or remembers someone, it is as if it Inwardly speaks and the Inwardly Voice of his heart creates a current and wave in the Inwardly Field of Quloob (hearts) by which its electrical field disperses more distant with pace and all the Quloob which are within this circle, this voice falls on these. Every Living Wakeful (and enlightened) heart with Intuition (and insightful hears this voice and even sees this Zaakir and commemorator. But those hearts which are inanimate and dead like stone, they are unaware and deprived of this Inwardly Voice of heart and the spectacles. This Inwardly Perception is called the Kashf-ul-Quloob.
