VISUALIZATION OF
THE NAME ALLAH THE ESSENCE

The person exercising
the Visualization of the Name Allah the Essence
should be
with valid ablution, dressed in clean and pure clothes and he
should sit lonely in a ‘kneeling position’ [same as the sitting
posture of Prayers] in privacy at a place which is clean; he should free
his heart [and mind] and disengage it from all sorts of [irrelevant] thoughts,
worries of the worldly matters and the thoughts that distract from Allah, and in
order to close the passage of the sneaking temptations of Satan
and sensual threats, he should build a protective shield all
around himself that is, after reading following detailed Words of Allah
he should throw a blow of air from his mouth on all his body:
First he should
read each of the following for three times:
1) Surah Fatiha:

[Al hamdu
Lillahe Rabbil Aalameen. Arrahmaa Nir Raheem. Maaliki Yaumiddeen. Eyyaka
Na’budu wa Eyyaka Nastaeen. Ehdi Nassiraatal Mustaqeem. Siraat Allazeena
Anamta Alaihim, Ghairil Maghzoobi Alaihim Wa Lazzaaleen.]
Praise
be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. The Beneficent, the Merciful. Owner
of the Day of Judgment. You (alone) we worship; You (alone) we ask for help. Show
us the straight path, The path of those whom You have favored; Not (the path)
of those who earn your anger nor of those who go astray.
2) The Ayatul
Kursi:

[Allahu Laa
Elaha Illahu Al Hayyul Qayyum, La Ta’huzuhu Sinatun Wa La Naum, Lahu Ma Fis
Samawaati Wa Maa Fil Arz, Man Zallazi Yashfau Endahu, Illah Bi Iznihi, Ya’lamu
Ma Baina Aideehim Wa La Halfahum, Wa La Yuheetuna Bi Shai En Min Ilmihi, Illa
Bima Shaa’a, Wasiaa Kursiyyuhu Samawaati Wal Arz, Wa La Yauduhu Hifzuhuma, Wa
Huwal Aleyyul Azeem.]
Allah, there is
no God except Him, the Alive, the Self-Subsisting. Neither slumber nor sleep
overtakes him. Unto Him belongs whatever is in heavens and whatsoever is in
earth. Who is he who intercedes with Him except by His permission? He knows
that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they
encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His throne includes
the heaves and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is
Sublime the Tremendous.
3) Surah Kaafiroon:

[Qul Yaa Ayyuhal
Kaafir oon. La A’budu Ma Ta’budoon. Wa Laa Antum Aabiduna Ma A’bud. Wa Laa
Ana Aabidun Ma Abddatum. Wa Laa Antum Aabiduna Ma A’bud. Lakum Deenukum
Waliya Deen.]
Say: O
disbelievers! I worship not that which you worship. Nor worship you that
which I worship. And I shall not worship that you worship. Nor will you
worship that I worship. Unto you your religion and unto me my religion.
4) Surah Ikhlaas:

[Qul Hu Wa
Allahu Ahad. Allahu Samad. Lam Ya Lid Wa Lam Yu Lad. Wa Lam Yakun Lahu
Kufuwan Ahad.]
Say: He is
Allah, the One. Allah, the eternally needless (benayaaz). He begets not nor
was begotten. And there is none comparable to Him
5) and ‘Auzubillahe
Mina Shaitan Nirrajeem’

I seek refuge in
Allah from the outcast Satan
Then he should
read each of the following each three times:
1) Darood Shareef:

[Allahumma Salle
Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Aali Muhammadin Kama Sallaita Alaa Ibraheema Wa Alaa Aali
Ibraheema Innaka Hameedun Majeed. Allahumma Baarik Ala Muhammadin Wa Ala Aali
Muhammadin Kama Baarakta Alaa Ibraheema Wa Alaa Aali Ibraheema Innaka Hameedun
Majeed.]
O
Allah! Send blessings upon (Holy Prophet) Muhammad and upon the progeny of
(Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the progeny
of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah! Bless (Holy
Prophet) Muhammad and the progeny of (Holy Prophet) Muhammad as You blessed
Ibrahim and the progeny of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.
2) Istaghfaar:

(Seek
forgiveness from Allah)
3) The following
Verses:

[Salaamun Qaulum
Mir Rabbir Raheem.]
(Peace be on
you, a Word from the Lord, Most Merciful) (36:58)

[Wallahul
Mustaanu Ala Ma Tasifoon.]
And Allah it is
Whose help is to be sought in that (predicament) which you describe. (12:18)
4) Kalima e
Tamjīd:

[Subhaan Allahi
Wal Hamdu Lillahe Wa La Elaha Il Allah Wallahu Akbar. Wa La Haula Wa La
Quwwata Illa Bi Allahil Aleyyul Azeem.]
Glory
be to Allah, All praise be to Allah; There is none worthy of worship besides
Allah; and Allah is the greatest There is no Power and Might except from Allah;
the most High - The Great.
5) Kalima e Tauheed:

[Laa Elaha Il
Allahu Wahdau La Shareeka Lahu Lahul Mulku Wa Lahul Hamdu Yehyee Wa Yumeetu Wa
Huwa Alaa Kulli Shai’in Qadeer.]
There
is none worthy of worship besides Allah; He is one He has no partner; His is
the Kingdom and for Him is all praise; He gives life and causes death; in His
hands is all good; And He has power over everything.
6) Kalima e Tayyeb:

[La Elaha Il
Allahu Muhammad ur Rasool Allah.]
There is none
worthy of worship except Allah; Muhammad is the prophet of Allah.
After reading
all above each for three times each, he should blow the air from his mouth on
his chest and on his both palms then caress his hands over all of his body.
